If you find someone with a power level of over 3-4 they're probably on steroids o_o. finally, someone that thinks in my direction, the only reason raddits scanned the farmer at 5, it because he had a shotgun, power level is your POTENTIAL energy, a shotgun has alot of potential...if someones power is above 0, 03, he is exdrodinary!

Google Favourite Manga Dragonball Z	i would scan myself first, everyone would, they want to know their potential, after that, i'd scan everyone i dislike, i do an experiment, i train for a year, scan myself every three months, and tract my performance, then i can set a goal....

Women may have a tad bit lower reading(depending on the woman) and martial artist a little higher. That shotgun had nothing to do with his reading.
